Register between July 20 and September 20, 2022. Before completing your order, you can choose Purchase Protection, which will refund your registration fee if you are unable to attend for many reasons, including if your company prevents you from traveling to and from the event.
Regular Registration for Vendor and Agency Staff ($1,195.00)
Do you work for a vendor or agency and want to come network, but not sponsor or exhibit? This option is for you. You get access to all workshops, group therapies, speed dating, and 1-1 networking activities.
Bring Your C-Level Executive ($795.00)
Add your C-level executive as a Registrant to your Early or Regular Registration for $295. Contact us to let us know who you want to register, and to get the discount code. This option can only be used for senior executives, it cannot be used by a "manager" to bring his or her boss who is a "director". A great opportunity for your boss to gain appreciation for the power and potential of your CustomerX programs to gain support and funding.

Add CCAP Level 1 Training Course to your ticket. The regular price for this training alone is $1,495. After you purchase this option, we will provide you with the access code so you can go through the online, self-paced modules at your convenience. (Note: the ICCAP certification exam is a separate fee.)
Regular Registration + Education Day with Captivate Collective ($1,345.00)
Add Captivate Collective's Customer Advocacy In Practice Workshop and Certification Module 1 to your ticket. This workshop takes place on Monday, September 19 at City Winery in Boston.
