  • Add CCAP Level 1 Training Course to your ticket. The regular price for this training alone is $1,495. After you purchase this option, we will provide you with the access code so you can go through the online, self-paced modules at your ​convenience. (Note: the ICCAP certification exam is a separate fee.)

  • Add Captivate Collective's Customer Advocacy In Practice Workshop and Certification Module 1 to your ticket. This workshop takes place on Monday, September 19 at City Winery in Boston.

  • Can't make it in person? We will live-stream the conference sessions so you can soak up all this great wisdom from the comfort of your home or office. You also get access to all the session recordings.
